Come to the YMCA to play Bingo and do chair exercises in between rolls! Keep seniors limber and safer from falling.

The Raritan Valley YMCA (www.raritanvalleyymca.org) has teamed up with the Middlesex County Office of Aging & Disabled Services at 732-745-3295 to increase public awareness of services and opportunities for county seniors, the disabled, and their care givers. And the majority of them are PREVENTABLE!
The Raritan Valley YMCA in partnership with The Middlesex County Empowering Seniors Fall Prevention Network (MCESFPN) is conducting a Bingocize education and exercise class on Thursdays at 9am. Call the YMCA to register for this free class. Participants will receive a $10 Shop Rite gift card each time they come.

The overall goals of Bingocize® are to help older adults and those with disabilities:
- Improve and/or maintain mobility and independence
- Learn and use health information focused on falls reduction, improved nutrition, and other health-related behaviors
- Engage in social settings
