Day Camp Program Is Back In East Brunswick This Summer

The camp is open to children from grades 1 through 9. Registration will begin from March 1.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — It’s almost time to start looking up summer camps for children. There’s some good news in East Brunswick. The Department of Recreation and Park’s Day Camp Program is back this year.

The program provides children with a positive and stimulating summer day camp experience where they create memories and friendships.

The camp is open to children from grades 1 through 9. The camp provides a variety of experiences that support social and physical growth and children have the opportunity to explore, play, learn from adult role models, develop self-confidence.

Each camp will be held in three, two-week sessions. The first session will be held from July 5 – 15, the second session from July 18 to 29, and the third session from Aug. 1 to 12.

The recreation department is also offering sports and STEM half-day programs throughout the summer. These week-long specialty camps will give campers with specific interests the opportunity to focus on subjects under the guidance of High School coaches and/or experts.
