East Brunswick, NJ - Expect delays: Two lanes along Rt 18 south at Rues Lane are closed for approximately three hours, East Brunswick police announced Friday just before noon.
The lanes are closed due a tractor trailer breakdown. Rues Lane eastbound approaching the highway will be detoured to Hillsdale Road. Delays are expected; plan an alternate route, police say.
