East Brunswick Education Association To Host BOE Candidate Forum

The event will be held at the East Brunswick Community Arts Center on Oct. 12, 7 p.m. and community members can ask questions.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — The East Brunswick Education Association will host the 4th Annual "Meet the Candidates Night," on Oct. 12.

The event will be held at the East Brunswick Community Arts Center starting at 7 p.m. This will be an in-person event with masks required. It will also be filmed by EBTV and shown continuously until election day.

Four candidates are vying for three open seats on the East Brunswick Board of Education in the upcoming November elections, according to the Middlesex County Clerk's office.

The candidates are Vicki Becker, Barbara Reiss, Denise Medford and Jeffrey Winston.

Becker, Reiss, and Winston are incumbents seeking reelection. While Becker is the current Board President, Medford is running under the slogan "For The Kids," and Winston is seeking reelection under the slogan "Class Of 80."
