East Brunswick Fireworks 2018 Are On July 4

The East Brunswick 2018 fireworks/festivities will be held on July 4 beginning at 4 p.m. Held at the East Brunswick Community Arts Center.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — Come out ready to party and celebrate our nation's birthday! The East Brunswick 2018 fireworks and festivities will be held on July 4 beginning at 4 p.m. and will be at the East Brunswick Community Arts Center at 721 Cranbury Road.

It's hardly just fireworks: There will be free bouncy rides, face painting and balloon twisting (while supplies last), food trucks and food vendors and free-to-enter wing, watermelon and cupcake-eating contests (limited number of entries). There will be bands playing, including NJ's Most Wanted Party Band, and DJ Wacky Wayne. The raindate is July 5. As a reminder no alcoholic beverages and no personal fireworks are permitted. No animals are allowed except for service dogs.

The Basic timeline for the 4th:

  • 4:00pm - Event begins. FREE Bounce Rides, FREE Balloonists, FREE Temporary Tattoos. DJ Wacky Wayne. Food Vendors.
  • 5:00pm - The Fifes & Drums of the Old Barracks will perform.
  • 5:45pm - Watermelon, Wing, and Cupcake Eating contests courtesy of Stopn n Shop, Hooters, and House of Cupcakes.
  • 7:00pm - New Jersey's Most Wanted Party Band on stage.
  • 9:30pm-ish - FIREWORKS!!!!! Courtesy of Route 18 Auto.

All day will be bug-free courtesy of Mosquito Patrol.

PARKING & LEAVING
General Parking will be at the Community Arts Center, Heavenly Farms & Middlesex County Fairgrounds.
Leaving - Follow these directions for minimal delays:

Arts Center - Make a left onto Dunhams Corner Road then either make a right onto Cranbury Road at the light and loop back to town via Davidson Mill and Fresh Ponds Roads or make a left at Old Stage Road and return to town via Old Stage.

Heavenly Farms - Make a right onto Dunhams Corner Road and head into the center of town.

Fairgrounds - Make a left onto Cranbury Road and head into the center of town.

No parking is permitted at Crystal Springs or EBBL Complex on Dunhams Corner Road. U-Turns are not permitted and violators will be ticketed.

This traffic flow is intended to prevent vehicles from crossing each other at the exits and lights and to allow continuous flow of traffic. It's much easier and relaxing to loop a mile out of your away to get home instead of sitting in traffic.
