East Brunswick Launches School Supply Drive Through Aug. 10
Donations of notebooks, crayons and more will help local students in need this school year.
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — East Brunswick's Interfaith Clergy Council, the Department of Recreation, Parks, and Community Services, and the township are collecting school supplies through Aug. 10 to help students in need prepare for the upcoming school year.
The school supply drive, running June 10 through Aug. 10, is seeking looseleaf paper, spiral notebooks, one-inch binders, composition books, 24-count crayons, colored pencils, pens and pencils, highlighters, glue sticks and washable markers.
Donations can be dropped off at labeled bins in the "Food Drive Shed" in the Recreation and Parks parking lot at 334 Dunhams Corner Road, or in bins in the lobby of the Municipal Building.

Organizers said gift cards to Target and Walmart, in any denomination, are also welcome and can be placed in the drop box at the front door entrance of the Recreation and Parks Office.
