East Brunswick Library To Close To Public On Nov. 28
As statewide coronavirus numbers climb, the East Brunswick Public Library has decided to temporarily close to public.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — As COVID-19 cases surge across the state, the East Brunswick Public Library has decided to close to the public beginning Nov. 28, out of an abundance of caution.
In a statement to Patch, the library said that although the building will close, certain public services will still be available.
Customers can check out library items and receive them via curbside pick-up. They can continue to return library materials at any time, to the book drops outside the library. Returned items are quarantined for seven days before they are available to the next customer.

Several library services will be available virtually. Reference questions can be answered by email, telephone, or through the www.ebpl.org chat box. There are also links to eBooks, movies and other online services.
Passport services at East Brunswick Public Library are available by appointment only. If residents need to schedule an appointment to submit a passport application, they have to call 732-390-6761.

The library's computers, photocopier, scanner and fax machine are also available by appointment. Call 732-390-6767 to schedule an appointment.
