East Brunswick Man Ejected from Motorcycle in Ryders Lane MVA
A 19-year-old East Brunswick man was ejected from his motorcycle and seriously injured in the car accident Wednesday at Ryders and Tices.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - A 19-year-old East Brunswick man was ejected from his motorcycle and seriously injured in the car accident we told you about Wednesday evening on Ryders Lane at Tices Lane.
The young man was driving his 2012 Kawasaki motorcycle north on Ryders Lane near Tices Lane at 4:39 p.m. Wednesday. As he approached Tices Lane, a 2015 Subaru Forrester operated by a 57-year-old Jackson woman was making a left-hand turn onto Tices from Ryders Lane southbound.
The motorcycle struck the Subaru and the young man was ejected from the motorbike. While the Jackson woman was uninjured, the motorcyclist was seriously injured and had to be airlifted to Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center.

East Brunswick police are currently investigating the crash. That has long been a dangerous intersection, and there was a fatality on Ryders Lane just this past Monday morning:
- One person died in a one-car crash on Ryders Lane on Monday morning, according to MyCentralJersey. The car was traveling west on Ryders Lane toward New Brunswick when the vehicle crossed into the eastbound lanes of Ryders Lane and then hit a metal guard rail head-on.
