East Brunswick Public Library To Continue Business Series in 2021
The public library will continue its popular 'Take A Business Beak Series' with two programs in 2021.
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — The East Brunswick Public Library's popular 'Take A Business Beak Series' is set to continue in 2021.
The business series will feature two programs by Edward Mendlowitz, adjunct MBA professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
The first program, 'How To Be Your Own Investment Manager: Making Sense of the Stock Market,' will be held Jan. 28 at noon. The program will feature information on how to research stocks, decide when to sell them, and dividends.

This program will be educational, explaining strategies and using examples from well-known known investors.
The second program, titled "How to Read, Analyze and Understand Financial Statements," will be held on Feb. 25 at 12 p.m. This programs is based on Mendlowitz's MBA course, and attendees will receive a free PDF of his 160-page book. Mendlowitz will explain the seven elements of a financial statement, their purpose and how to use each to better understand your business.
