East Brunswick Public Library Holds Two Business Programs

East Brunswick Public Library (2 Civic Center Drive) hosts two special online programs covering financial topics this May.
The library teams up with SCORE: Princeton to hold “Creating A Business Model and Plan” on Wednesday, May 10 at 6:30 pm. Led by John Vasturia, this program explores successful business plans. A well-planned business model is critical to the success of your business. This webinar will describe the value, types, and benefits of a well-written business plan. Accounting expert Ed Mendlowitz, CPA (emeritus partner at WithumSmith+Brown, PC) continues his “Take A Business Break” series on Thursday, May 18, at noon. The topic is decluttering your financial life. This program will show you how to declutter your financial life, arrange your affairs to avoid confusion and provide overall comfort for yourself and your heirs if you can no longer care for yourself. Attendees will receive a tool kit with 24 usable checklists.

He is also the author of 30 books, 1500 articles and blogs, and has presented over 350 speeches to accountants and general audiences. He is a licensed, certified public accountant and is accredited by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in business valuation and as a personal financial specialist. He teaches financial analysis and managerial accounting courses at Fairleigh Dickinson University and Baruch College.
