East Brunswick Public Library Hosts "Reading To Action" Project
Help East Brunswick Public Library "build a better world."

East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center) hosts its first ever "Reading To Action" program for teens and adults, combining a book discussion group with a related community service project.
Taking a cue from the summer reading theme "Build A Better World," the project is focusing on the environment.
The library will be hosting a book discussion at 7 pm on Wednesday, July 26 about “Unstoppable: Harnessing Science To Change The World” by science educator and television host Bill Nye.

“Unstoppable” explains that the environmental issues of today are not as insurmountable as they seem and that society can work together to build a healthier, cleaner and smarter world.
For the second part of this program, the library will be leading a park cleanup at Heavenly Farms Park (440 Dunhams Corner Road) on Saturday, July 29 from 10 am to 4 pm. Following the cleanup, volunteers can play volleyball at the park.
