East Brunswick Woman Charged with Stealing Checks from Atlantic Highlands Resident

ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ - An East Brunswick woman has been charged with stealing checks from an Atlantic Highlands resident and cashing them, according to a criminal complaint released by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.

Jessica Schwartzmann, 30, of Letts Court in East Brunswick, was arrested recently, but the incident allegedly happened on or around Dec. 15: Schwartzmann filled out six stolen checks in total, worth $1,300, and cashed them, police said. She took the checks from the home, police said.
