East Brunswick's Orchard Park Sets Mother's Day Brunch & Dinner

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - Orchard Park by David Burke in East Brunswick is celebrating Mother's Day with a prix fixe brunch and an a la carte dinner on Sunday.

The three-course prix fixe brunch runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is priced at $98 per adult and $43 for children 10 and under. An a la carte dinner will be served from 5 to 8 p.m.

Brunch appetizers include DB Pastrami Salmon with caviar and crème fraîche potato pancake, Black Kale and Romaine Caesar, and Spring Risotto with fiddlehead ferns, peas, mushrooms and truffle parmesan crisp. Table-share options — available for an additional fee — include David Burke's signature Clothesline Bacon with black pepper and maple glaze, popovers with sweet cream butter, and Lobster Dumplings with tomato miso and chili oil.

Main course options range from Lobster Benedict with crispy bacon, spinach and hollandaise to Steak and Eggs featuring prime rib and scrambled eggs in a popover. A kids menu is also available.

Desserts include Mom's Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake, Vanilla Crème Brûlée, Strawberry Shortcake Whoopie Pie and NY Style Cheesecake, among other selections.

The dinner menu features the restaurant's regular a la carte offerings plus spring specials. Both menus are available at orchardparkbydb.com.
