S.S.A. is a six week program that runs 1 day per week. This program focuses heavily on the proper shooting mechanics of wrist, snap and slap shots and one timers concentrating on stance, weight distribution, release and accuracy.
Schedule - Saturdays 5:00-6:00pm. 1x per week for 6 weeks
