Our Intro to Hockey program is our level 2 training model developed to further advance beginner skills. The focus of this program is to introduce more advanced skills and ensure players understand and develop the proper techniques necessary to play the game. By the end of this program players will be able to skate forwards and backwards, shoot, pass and have a better understanding of game strategy.
This is a six week program that runs 1 time per week.
