Mastering Tai Chi

Improve your balance, coordination and your immune system by learning five simple exercises. Join Andy Lee at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 7, at the East Brunswick Public Library as she shares a form of Tai Chi that she created for people of all ages and abilities. These slow, connected movements are a complete system of exercise that will give you better strength, posture, flexibility and more. If you are looking for a different way to exercise, then you won’t want to miss this. Wear loose clothing and flat shoes to class.
