Speed & Agility Training for Youths (ages 5-7) Demo Class

Introduction to Speed & Agility Training for ages 5-7 60 Minutes of Fun!

This class builds confidence for young athletes to move in new and efficient ways through repetition and makes it possible to move faster, with better balance and with more power.

This program elements include:

  • Movement and Rhythm- young athletes are instructed in proper running, stopping, cutting and jumping techinques.
  • Body Awareness- increase an athletes's sense of space, orientation and balance.
  • Sensory Development- the senses of sight, touch, hearing and timing as they relate to athletics are enhanced through a variety of fun drills and exercises.

Class will meet regularly on Saturdays at 10am starting September 17th.
