Enjoy an easy 1-mile self-guided morning stroll near the beautiful Giamarese Farm orchards and farm fields. Kids of all ages will enjoy Fun Stations including Face Painting, Rutgers Seeing Eye Dog Club and Educational Farm and Nutrition Activities. Kids can get a close up look at the Spotswood Fire Department fire truck. Free blood pressure and blood sugar screening will be provided by Saint Peter’s University Hospital from 9am-10:30am. Walkers will receive free refreshments, goody bags and prizes! All proceeds will benefit Farmers Against Hunger, a hunger relief program for New Jersey children, seniors, food banks, pantries and working poor in need. Rain date Sept. 11.
