The Latin Dance sensation is at the YMCA. It is the most fun you will every have exercising. Every class is one great big dance party. Even if you have two left feet you can have a blast with Zumba. Beginners are always welcome. Please note that Monday's class is ZUMBA GOLD while Wednesday and Friday are ZUMBA.
