For those taking Linda’s classes, the start times have moved up by half an hour across the board and will continue to be held outdoors, weather permitting or inside if the weather doesn’t cooperate. There will also be online classes. Linda is also offering a new HIIT class on Wednesdays at 5 p.m.
The Semper Fit Fat Burning and Minis classes will continue on Wed-Fri for this cycle at the Arts Center and then will switch over to Mon/Wed at the Daisy Recreation Building for the cycles after that, due to facility scheduling issues.

Participants do not need to wear a mask when outside, but once inside must wear a mask except when actively participating in the athletic activity. This means when participants walk in the door, mill around before or after class, or go to the restroom, they need to have the mask on. Once class begins participants do not need to wear a mask.
Should participants wish to wear a mask during class, they can do so.
