Free Flu Shots For East Brunswick Residents

The clinic will be a drive-thru one due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — Residents of East Brunswick will be given free flu shots this season, the township announced on Friday.

The town is collaborating with Parlin Pharmacy to sponsor a free drive-thru flu clinic. The program is for residents only and proof of residency is required.

Each resident needs to bring a valid photo id and insurance card. Uninsured residents will also be given a flu shot free of cost. Residents also need to bring an immunization consent form, which is available here: https://www.eastbrunswick.org/Search?searchPhrase=flu

Even though the clinic is a drive-thru one, masks are required of all participants and vehicle occupants.

Members of the East Brunswick Department of Aging will receive transportation for the clinic scheduled on Oct. 23. Contact the senior center to arrange for transportation (732) 390-6896.

Here are the dates for the upcoming flu clinic:

  • Oct. 9 3 p.m.-6 p.m.
  • Oct. 17 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  • Oct. 23 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.
