He Peered Into Windows in Spotswood, Police Say
He was found at 1 a.m. outside a house on Richmond Avenue.

Spotswood police arrested a man for peering into the windows of a home on Richmond Avenue late Sunday night, officials charge. Police found the man dressed in dark clothing, hiding under a tree against a house, near the back yard of the Richmond Avenue residence at 1:06 a.m. Monday, Nov. 30.
When the man saw the officers, he abruptly fled on foot and a foot pursuit followed into the wooded area near the train tracks. Matthew Eib was captured and arrested in the woods, police said.
Eib, 41 a Spotswood resident, was found to be in possession of a black ski mask. He has been charged with trespassing, resisting arrest and public nuisance, among other charges.
