Healthy Meals Support Senior Wellness
Meal programs help order adults access nutritious food

Good nutrition is important for maintaining health and independence. The Middlesex County Office of Aging & Disabled Services offers a Senior Meal Program for adults age 60 and older. Seniors can enjoy nutritious lunches at participating meal sites throughout the county, while eligible homebound seniors may receive meals delivered directly to their homes.
The program offers balanced meals, including vegetarian options and accommodations for certain dietary needs, helping older adults maintain a healthy lifestyle.
