Home On Suburban East Brunswick Street A Drug House, Cops Say

Police recovered nearly 450 prescription pills, including Oxycodone, Alprazolam, Clonazepam, and hash oil from a home on Pawnee Road.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — Two weeks ago, the East Brunswick SWAT team raided a home on a quiet, suburban street that they say was a drug distribution center. Police recovered nearly 450 prescription pills, including Oxycodone, Alprazolam and Clonazepam, in the home.

The home on Pawnee Road was raided in April. Police have been quietly monitoring the address for the past three months.

On Tuesday, April 17 members of the East Brunswick Special Investigations Unit and S team executed a search warrant at a residence on SWAT team executed a search warrant at the home. In addition to the prescription pills, police also say found promethazine, a type of sedative, with codeine syrup and hash wax.

A resident of the house, Kimber Brunfman, 21, was placed under arrest and charged with multiple counts of possession and distribution of prescription medications and drug paraphernalia. Brunfman was released on his own recognizance pending a court date.
