Woodbridge Woman, Husband, Brother Arrested for North Brunswick Burglaries, Police Say

A husband and wife, along with the man's brother, broke into two homes in North Brunswick Township, police said.

NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - Two North Brunswick men and a Woodbridge woman — a husband and wife, and the man's brother, all of whom share the same last name — were arrested Thursday and charged with burglarizing two homes in North Brunswick Township, police there said.

Robert Muscle, 37, of North Brunswick, Richard Muscle, 38, of North Brunswick and Jennifer Muscle, 37, of Woodbridge Township were arrested Thursday. The first burglary occurred sometime over Christmas weekend, and the homeowners reported it to police on Monday, Dec. 26. Detectives processed that scene and the investigation led them to yet a second North Brunswick home invasion Thursday, where additional crimes were discovered.

Richard and Jennifer are married; Rob and Richard are brothers, Capt. Brian Hoiberg of the North Brunswick police department told Patch. He said he was not able to release anything further about the burglaries.

The three were arrested Thursday, and face additional charges in addition to burglary. Proceeds of the first residential burglary were recovered and will be returned to the rightful owner.
