Make, Build, Explore! Celebrate New Jersey Makers Day at East Brunswick Public Library

With about 30 activities happening throughout the library, there's something for every curious mind.

Join the East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center) for a full day of creativity and discovery during New Jersey Makers Day on Saturday, March 21, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

New Jersey Makers Day celebrates all things STEAM—science, technology, engineering, arts, and math—with hands-on activities, live demonstrations, and interactive exhibits led by local experts. Best of all, it’s free and open to all ages.

With about 30 activities happening throughout the library, there’s something for every curious mind.

🎥 Studio Tours with EBTV
Go behind the scenes of the local production studio with tours from 11:00 am–1:00 pm and 2:00 pm–4:00 pm.

Kids and teens can see robots in action and learn how they work.

🔭 Astronomy with East Brunswick Astronomy Club
Explore telescopes you can borrow from the library, test your knowledge with astronomy trivia, and see live 3D printing demonstrations.

🔨 Woodworking with the Wood Workers Association
Watch skilled craftspeople demonstrate lathe turning, carving, and other woodworking tools.

📼 Tech Through Time with the East Brunswick Museum
Step into the past with a “Back to the Future” display of obsolete technology and appliances.
