Man Charged with Masturbating in Public
Someone saw him near the Van Liew Cemetery on Georges Road, overlooking Babbage Park, police alleged.
North Brunswick, NJ - This man has been arrested by North Brunswick police for allegedly masturbating in public Tuesday evening near the Van Liew Cemetery on Georges Road.
Police were dispatched to the cemetery at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a man that was witnessed to be masturbating in public, overlooking Babbage Park. Upon arrival, he was no longer there, but police canvassed and located a man matching the description. William Higley III, 53, of North Brunswick was arrested and take to the Middlesex County Department of Corrections pending Court.
