Man Crashes Into Milltown House On Saturday, Charged With DWI
A New Brunswick man crashed into a Milltown home on Saturday, destroying the porch. No one was injured, police said.
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – A New Brunswick man was charged with DWI and reckless driving after he crashed into a Milltown home, destroying the porch, authorities said.
The man suffered minor injuries and no residents of the house were hurt, Police Chief Brian Knelle said.
On Saturday morning, around 4 a.m., a car crashed into a house on the 100 block of Main Street in Milltown, taking out the porch.

Resident Jee-Ree Olenik told NJ.com that she woke up to a “loud crash” and when she went outside, she saw “a car crashed into the front part of the house and it caved the roof over.”
Residents had to wait outside the house for a few hours as Police and the fire department checked the structure to ensure it was safe.

The driver was taken to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital for treatment and later released, police said.
