Mattress Fire Breaks Out At North Brunswick Apt. Complex

NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — A mattress that caught fire caused this two-alarm fire in a North Brunswick apartment complex Wednesday afternoon.

The fire broke out in an apartment on Pardun Road off Georges Road/Rt. 130 in North Brunswick. Multiple families were displaced as the fire spread through the structure, said North Brunswick police in a Facebook post.

Smoke damage was present throughout the building. There were no injuries, but several residents had to be evaluated by North Brunswick First Aid and Rescue Squad.
