Middlesex County Fair Returns Aug. 3-9 With Fireworks, Games & More
East Brunswick approved this year's fair dates, hours, and amusement game vendors for the fairgrounds.
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — The Middlesex County Fair is set to return for its annual run at the Middlesex County Fairgrounds from Aug. 3 through Aug. 9, 2026, following approval from the East Brunswick Township Council.
The Middlesex County Fair Association, Inc. will hold the fair with the following hours:
- Monday–Friday: 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Saturday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The council also approved amusement game licenses for three vendors — Paul R. Bury, Jr., Concessions, Inc., and Rikley's Concessions — covering games such as basketball shooting, dart games, duck pond, skeeball, and cork gun, among others.

Fireworks displays are planned for both Aug. 3 and Aug. 9, with an Aug. 4 rain date if needed, pending approval from the Chief of Fire District #3 and the Township Fire Official.
All approvals are contingent on the fair association satisfying applicable township ordinances and providing required certificates of insurance.
