With the help of the anti-opioid medicationNarcan, police were able to revive a 46-year-old man found unconscious from a drug overdose in a New Brunswick Public Library bathroom last Thursday.
Douglas Tingle was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital where he was “conscious, alert and making conversation with the officers”, according to nj.com.
