EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - City Wide, a management company in the building maintenance industry, just opened a new office in East Brunswick this week. Their East Brunswick location will serve commercial properties throughout Central New Jersey. East Brunswick Mayor Brad Cohen and the Chamber of Commerce attended their ribbon cutting on Wednesday.
Local building owners and property management companies now have access to a single-source solution for all of their building maintenance needs. Local entrepreneur Tom Bridgeforth, with help from his wife Marie, will own and operate the new location in East Brunswick, which opened for business Monday, March 6.
“There are so many businesses in Central New Jersey that could benefit from City Wide’s services,” said Bridgeforth. “Compared to other building management companies, City Wide goes beyond our competitors by offering more than 20 facility services and truly acting as our clients’ one point of contact for all of their maintenance needs.”

The Central New Jersey City Wide office is located at 28 Kennedy Blvd. (Ste. 250) in East Brunswick. City Wide has made a name for itself in major U.S. cities by streamlining commercial facilities and maintenance management of more than 20 services through a collection of independent contractors and vendor partners, including floor care, window washing, janitorial supplies, parking lot maintenance and several others. Taking the onus from building owners and property management companies that typically have to choose separate companies for each task, City Wide eases the selection and management processes for its clients.
“Businesses can turn to City Wide to ease the headaches of everyday commercial maintenance,” added Bridgeforth. “Our goal is to help business owners focus on their main priorities while we handle the amount of time and energy spent managing vendors, fielding service calls, and negotiating contractor rates.”
