At the Y, we understand the past 20 months have taken a toll on members of our community. With this in mind, we are rolling out the 2022 public awareness initiative to help you get back to life, and improved health and well-being.

The Raritan Valley YMCA (www.raritanvalleyymca.org) has teamed up with the Middlesex County Office of Aging & Disabled Services at 732-745-3295 to increase public awareness of services and opportunities for county seniors, the disabled, and their care givers.

The county senior web page https://www.middlesexcountynj.... provides an extensive amount of information. For lists of public resources, publications, services for the senior and disabled populations, and contact numbers visit the website. The information posted includes nutrition, health, rent, legal aide, and assistance programs for individuals and their caregivers.
