Nordstrom Rack Is Coming To East Brunswick

The Seattle-based retailer announced plans for a fall 2026 opening.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – Good news for local shoppers. Nordstrom Rack, the off-price retail arm of Nordstrom, Inc., announced plans to open a 27,000-square-foot store at the Route 18 shopping center.

The store is set to open in fall 2026.

The new location will sit at Brunswick Square, the revamped shopping center at the corner of Route 18 and Rues Lane. The center is owned and managed by Paramount Realty and Edgewood Properties.

"We look forward to being a part of the East Brunswick community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices," Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack, said in a statement.

Nordstrom Rack sells apparel, accessories, beauty products, home decor and shoes at up to 70 percent off regular retail prices, drawing from many of the same brands carried at full-line Nordstrom stores.

The East Brunswick location will also offer online order pickup, along with easy in-store returns.

The East Brunswick store will be part of a growing Nordstrom Rack presence in New Jersey.

The company currently operates four full-line Nordstrom stores and nine Nordstrom Rack locations across the state, employing more than 1,500 people statewide.
