EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — A 30,000-square-feet office property in East Brunswick was recently sold for $7.25 million, according to media reports.
The firm Cushman & Wakefield arranged for the sale of the property located on 1200 Tices Lane and the sale closed on June 23, according to MyCentralJersey.com.
Adoni Properties purchased the building five years ago and it was sold to SiriVarsha Tices LLC, said NJBiz.com.
