Police, Firemen To Square Off In East Brunswick Charity Football Game

The charity game is being held in support of breast cancer awareness. Proceeds will go to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - Members of East Brunswick Policemen’s Benevolent Association (Local #145) and Superior Officers Association (Local #145a) will square off against East Brunswick Firemen in a charity football game, Oct. 15. The game will take place 9 a.m. at Heavenly Farms, 440 Dunhams Corner Road.

The charity game is being held in support of breast cancer awareness. The game is open to the public, there will be an entrance fee of $5 (ages 10 and under are free).

Proceeds from the game will be sent to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

During halftime, children aged 12 and under will be able to participate in a friendly throwing and skills competition.
