Rutgers Police: Money, Marijuana Stolen From Off-Campus Home During Armed Robbery
Rutgers police say one robber had a bat and the other had a gun. The case is under investigation by New Brunswick detectives.

New Brunswick police are searching for the robbers who stole money and marijuana from an off-campus home, authorities said.
They are also investigating an unrelated assault that occurred off-campus this weekend.
Rutgers police sent out an alert about both cases. According to that alert:

Around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, robbers went to an off-campus home on Prosper Street, between Stone Street and Easton Avenue.
The victims, who are affiliated with the university, told police that someone knocked on their door. When one of the victims opened the door, three males entered.

One had a gun. Another had a baseball bat. They demanded “items of value including marijuana.” They stole money and marijuana, then ran away. No one was injured.
In the other case, a victim, who is affiliated with the school, told police he and his friends were the area of Delafield and Courtland streets around 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
They got into an argument with about 15 other males, and during that dispute, the victim was punched. He was treated at a local hospital.
In both cases, descriptions are limited.
