Second Mid-Rise Building Now Opens In East Brunswick Rt 18 Development
New mixed-use building brings bowling alleys, co-working spaces, and putting green to Route 18.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - Two Legacy Place, the luxury multifamily development along Tices Lane, is now leasing its first residences in the five-story mixed-use building.
The new building expands the 25-acre town-center-style community, which is located at 110 Tices Lane just off Route 18.
When fully complete, Legacy Place will include 520 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, plus 2.5-story townhome residences.

The development, by Garden Communities, also features 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space spread across One Legacy Place and Two Legacy Place, with a growing roster of dining and service-oriented tenants.
Several retail tenants already occupy the space, including Legacy Endodontics, Marley and Harley's Creamery and Confections, Italian restaurant Bonesse's Tomato Apizza, H2O Nail & Wax Studio, and Kumon math and reading enrichment center. Additional businesses are expected to join the mix.

"We're thrilled to hit this next milestone and see Legacy Place evolving into the vibrant community we always envisioned," Miranda Gjini, property and leasing manager, said in a news release. "With Two Legacy Place now in active lease-up, we're excited to welcome new residents and continue building momentum toward full occupancy."
New features include a courtyard-level outdoor pool with putting green and bocce court, two regulation bowling alleys, a state-of-the-art fitness center, dedicated co-working spaces, multiple community rooms with catering kitchens, and a children's playroom.
The development's existing 5,000-square-foot clubhouse offers a fitness center, entertainment lounge with fireplace, coffee bar, and private workstations. A heated resort-style pool with sundeck and BBQ grills are included in the community's outdoor amenities.
All homes feature spacious floor plans with gourmet kitchens equipped with stainless-steel appliances, luxurious bathrooms, oversized walk-in closets, in-suite washer and dryer, resident-controlled heat and central air, and remote keyless entry. On-site covered parking is also available.
The property's landscaped grounds include walking paths, open green space, an enclosed dog run, a central gathering green, and several pocket parks. EV charging stations support environmentally conscious transportation options.
