This program is hosted by Adrian Allotey, of You Are Not Alone Elder Care.

East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center Drive) hosts an online program for seniors called “Are You Living Your Best Life Today?” on Wednesday, March 31 at noon.
This will be an engaging and interactive talk that centers around the concept of maturing adults living their best life now. You will be shown how to rekindle your passions and natural talents and bring more richness into your life. In addition, you will be reminded to get your affairs in order, so you and your family can live with less stress and more joy.
This program is hosted by Adrian Allotey, of You Are Not Alone Elder Care. Her life's mission is to promote the final years as a sacred, beautiful, honorable stage of life. She serves this world as a non-medical, end-of-life doula and elder companion who specializes in physical, emotional and spiritual care.
