South River Police Headquarters, Municipal Court Closed To Public

The buildings will be closed to the public until further notice, the police department announced.

SOUTH RIVER, NJ — The South River Police Headquarters and the South River Municipal Court will be closed to the public beginning Monday, Jan. 3, until further notice, the police department announced.

It’s not immediately clear what caused the closure, but many public offices across New Jersey have closed to the public amid rising COVID-19 cases. The police department did not immediately respond to request for comment.

Those who need to file a police report or conduct business that would normally be done in-person at the Police Headquarters can call 732-238-1000 for assistance. To obtain a copy of a police report, visit southriverpd.org/records-%26-reports for more information or call 732-257-6727 ext. 103 for assistance.
