Two Arrested In Middlesex County Motorcycle Theft: Police

SOUTH RIVER, NJ-- Two Middlesex County men were arrested for stealing a motorcycle in South River, police said.

Dennis Akstulewicz, 36, of Old Bridge and Richard Brown, 41, of Sayreville, were both arrested in connection to stealing a 1999 Honda motorcycle from a South River Home.

According to police, the victim left the motorcycle unattended outside of his home for "several minutes" around 2:40 PM on Oct. 16. When he came back outside, the motorcycle was gone.

Police used surveillance footage from multiple cameras in Middlesex and Monmouth, and were assisted by the Marlboro and Jackson Township Police Departments.

Akstulewicz and Brown are being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center in lieu of $20,000 bail.
