We Want Your Family's Favorite Recipes!

East Brunswick Public Library is putting together a special community cookbook debuting at the East Brunswick Winter Wonderland on December 7. We want to appreciate the multicultural richness of East Brunswick through food! Please share a favorite holiday recipe from your culture, country, or a fond memory of your childhood.

The details

• It can be for any holiday, throughout the year – not just winter-themed.
• It can be a main dish, a dessert, an appetizer, etc.
• Please include 3-5 sentences about the dish – its name, country of origin, your personal memories of the dish, or stories about the traditions behind the dish.
• Have a photo of the dish? Send it to us as well! The photo can include you.
• Provide a name to attribute the recipe with.
