Arthur Lewin, YMCA President and annual participant notes that "proceeds from the Spin-a-thon will provide children in local communities with YMCA Youth Scholarships and access to programs that will have a lasting impact - helping them learn, grow and thrive." The Y continually supports those in need. Since the pandemic the Y has responded with a weekly food distribution program, childcare subsidy programs, a caregiver support group, and free learn to swim programs to address the 2020 summer drownings in East Brunswick.
