YMCA Food Distribution Program
Seniors can get help and health, the Y and county have resources to share

The Raritan Valley YMCA (www.raritanvalleyymca.org) has teamed up with the Middlesex County Office of Aging & Disabled Services at 732-745-3295 to increase public awareness of services and opportunities for county seniors, the disabled, and their care givers.
For general health information and area wide programs and services for senior citizens and disabled persons residing in the county visit https://www.middlesexcountynj....
For food insecurity, senior support, screenings, exercise or wellness programs, contact the YMCA for information at 732-257-4114.
With the support of grants, community donors, and contributions the YMCA provides a free food distribution program. The goal of the program is to help those struggling financially and ensure that no one experiences hunger or lacks access to healthy foods. YMCA staff can also help connect you to SNAP ( a government based supplemental nutrition assistance program). Or check your own eligibility at: https://www.nj.gov/humanservices/njsnap/about/qualify/
