5 Ways Your Website Content Will Build Customer Loyalty
You're a business owner, and darn good at what you do. Does your website content really reflect how talented you are? Or is it so generic, it could apply to anyone?
One of my clients is a realtor on the rise, and I’m helping him with his email campaigns. One of the websites he wanted to link to his campaign is a site that highlights available homes in his area and gives great info on buying or selling your home – what it doesn’t do is give the audience any information about him, his background, his expertise, his head-shot, nothing.
He’s not unique. So many business owners, perhaps due to an oversight (rushing) or even misplaced humility, neglect to supercharge their branding on their own marketing materials.
Let’s face it, your first job as an entrepreneur is to get people to know, like and trust you, to understand who you are, what your expertise is, and how exactly you can solve their problem. Then and only then will they agree to read your blog or visit your site or follow your posts or open your emails…..or call YOU when they need your service.

Using a generic, non-branded website is a huge mistake and a lost opportunity. It’s the same as opening up a new store in town with no sign on the building, and it looks like any other store in town – no reason for people to take an interest in you or become loyal to you. Customer loyalty is the result of good branding. Without it, a potential home buyer will go to ANY realtor and have no reason to seek one in particular.
