After Layoff Announcement, Zoetis Relocating Global Headquarters
Animal healthcare company signs 12-year lease in Parsippany, moving out of Florham Park.

Three months after announcing it would be reducing its staff by 165 employees, Florham Park’s Zoetis is moving its headquarters from Florham Park to Parsippany after signing a 12-year lease.
Currently located at 100 Campus Drive, the animal health company that was spun off from Pfizer in 2013 will occupy a 125,000-square-foot space on Sylvan Way in Parsippany, njbiz.com reported.
The building at 10 Sylvan Way is being completely stripped down to make room for a state-of-the art space, with the project expected to be complete by the fall of 2016, the report said.
