EAST HANOVER, NJ - The East Hanover Health Department will host a community medication review program at the East Hanover Library on May 28 from 9 a.m. to noon.
The Medication Matters program gives residents the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a pharmacist to review their medications, check for potential interactions or side effects, and ensure prescriptions are working safely and effectively.
Pharmacists will also answer questions and help residents work toward their health goals.
The event is open to all community members but requires an appointment. Residents can schedule a visit by calling the East Hanover Health Department at 973-888-6035.
