SUMMER CAMP at THE MESSY ARTIST!
For campers ages 4-6 Camp TMA is a wonderful marriage of sensory play and fine art education. Students will have a blast rotating through our sensory box, easel station, messy station, and play dough table. Then, they’ll immerse themselves in the world of fine art as they complete teacher-directed projects to take home, right in our Studio 356 classroom! Projects will vary each and every day, so they’ll never tire of this awesome experience. They’ll even have time for a snack and lunch!
If your child craves to create, this is the program for campers entering second to fifth grades! Students will explore a different material each day (monday: drawing, tuesday: sculpture, wednesday: painting, thursday: crafts), and can expect to bring home about 8 projects per week. The young artists will learn real art techniques and skills to expand their creativity beyond the proverbial box. The day will be broken up by some “recess” time in our other classroom, experimenting with some messy play, and we’ll even have time for snack and lunch!
