Job Description

JRC Management Corp manages approximately 20 restaurant locations across the US and Canada. We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant to handle the following:


Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Handle correspondence through e-mail, fax, letters, packages, etc.
Entering invoices and handling all accounts payable inquires
Maintain a filing system for invoices and other corporate documents
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist colleagues whenever necessary


Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
