EAST HANOVER, NJ — A shopping center in East Hanover has been sold for more than $13 million
The 70,000-square-foot shopping plaza at 145 Route 10 in East Hanover sold for $13.75 million last week.
The shopping center features a Chuck E. Cheese, GolfTec and an AMC movie theater.

In addition, it has a parking deck on the property. RIPCO Real Estate brokers finalized the sale.
“This center is well-positioned for long-term success given its tenancy, accessibility and presence along Route 10,” RIPCO's Nina Becker said in a statement.
